Message	what it takes to convert a 96 US spec long block to a 95 US spec long block except to replace the camshafts and add the vtc. I decided not to go for the IPP route and go for a brand new stock engine. I have a 95 us spec engine in bad shape but I can swap the vtc over. The old cams are bad too. I guess i'll have to keep that 96 cams. one more thing, does the 96 spec has the vtc hole at all so that I can just plug the vtc in?
